A branch of the Lenox family, LenoxCollections.com underwent a redesign in 2000.

Their internet sales were quite low, but after my redesign they increased 212%.

The former site was a bit chaotic and unorganized, and I attribute the sales boost to the structure and ease of use for the Lenox demographic - which consisted mainly of women, ages 35 - 65.
